Warranty Policy
Applies to wbspump.com online store purchases only (C-End Retail Customers).
If you purchased your pump from a local dealer, installer, or third-party platform, please contact your original seller directly for after-sale service. For bulk wholesale distributors or custom OEM partners (orders of 10 units or more), your warranty terms and spare parts support are subject to your specific commercial agreement. Please contact your dedicated B2B sales representative for tailored support.
Warranty Start & Scope
DIFFUL warrants the products for a limited time from thedate of deliveryof the original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with DIFFUL’s published guidelines.
Regardless of where or when you purchased your system,all DIFFUL pump owners are entitled to contact the DIFFUL Customer Service Team for remote troubleshooting and technical support throughout the entire lifetime of the pumps.
Warranty Coverage & Components
Our limited warranty covers specific components as follows, provided the system was installed and operated correctly:
- Pump Unit (Pump Body & Motor):2 Years from the date of delivery.
- MPPT Controller:2 Years from the date of delivery.
Important Notice on Replacements:Our warranty for replacement pumps, accessories, and spare parts is tied to the original order’s delivery date anddoes not resetupon receiving the replacement. For instance, if an MPPT controller or accessory is replaced, its warranty remains effective only until the end date of the original order's 2-year warranty period.
Claims Process & Determination
⚠️ DIFFUL WILL NOT REPLACE ANY COVERED COMPONENT UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED OR MALFUNCTIONING COVERED COMPONENT.
In order to exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Covered Component under this Limited Warranty, please strictly follow the steps below:
- Initial Contact:Contact the DIFFUL Customer Service team via email at pump@diffulpump.com or via WhatsApp/Phone at+86 15067446433. Please provide your original order number, pump model, and a clear description of the issue along with the required photos/videos.
- Remote Troubleshooting:Our technical customer service team will initially work with you to analyze the symptoms, check voltage/wiring configurations, and identify potential simple fixes to get your solar pump system back up and running quickly without physical shipping.
- Replacement Authorization:If our technical team determines that a Covered Component is indeed defective and must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of detailed instructions for returning the defective component (if required) and receiving your replacement.
- Installation Assistance:After you receive the replacement Covered Component, our customer service team will remain available to assist and guide you via video or manuals on how to safely replace or install the new component into your solar pump system.
Shipping Costs & Destination
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning a defective Covered Component to our designated warehouse/center, unless DIFFUL explicitly agrees in writing to bear such shipping costs. Replacement Covered Components issued under this Limited Warranty shallonly be shipped to the delivery address of the original purchaser.
