If you purchased your pump from a dealer, installer, or local pump shop, please contact your original seller directly for their specific shipping policy. For bulk wholesale orders or custom OEM orders (10 units or more), shipping terms, lead times, and freight arrangements are subject to your specific commercial contract. Please contact your dedicated sales representative for tracking and logistics updates.

Shipping Addresses & Origins

We automatically determine the optimal shipping origin based on your order's final delivery address and local stock availability. Orders may be dispatched directly from ourUnited States warehouse, Australian warehouse, or China fulfillment center. The specific shipping origin and regional stock availability can also be found on the corresponding product details page.

Please note that weDO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is strictly required for all pump deliveries to ensure successful carrier handoff. If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, your order may be delayed until a physical address is provided.

Shipping Time & Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process immediately and may not be eligible for cancellation. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us atdiffulwaterpump@gmail.comas soon as possible, and we will do our best to intercept it before dispatch.

A tracking confirmation email will be sent automatically as soon as your shipment is dispatched, allowing you to check its real-time status. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the shipping origin and your location:

  • US or Australian Warehouses:Typically takes3 to 7 business daysto deliver locally.
  • China Fulfillment Center:Typically takes7 to 15 business daysfor global direct shipping (ideal for specific pump models or regions without local warehouse stock).

Orders containing multiple items (e.g., a solar pump system including a controller and accessories) may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses and delivered at different times. Please check your tracking information for individual shipment updates.

If you do not receive your order within20 business days, please contact us atdiffulwaterpump@gmail.comimmediately. Please note that tracking information officially expires after 2 months. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be processable by carriers and could affect your eligibility for a return or refund.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

DIFFUL offers economy shipping and standard shipping options only, with or without a signature requirement based on the product value and destination. Expedited shipping and overnight air shipping are currently not available due to the weight and volume of heavy-duty solar pump equipment.

Our logistics team selects the most reliable local and international carriers based on standard default logistics arrangements. Shipping carriers may not be changed upon customer request.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for most regions on orders over $99.You can check the specific product page or your shopping cart at checkout to see if your delivery address qualifies for free shipping. Please note that remote off-grid locations in certain countries may be subject to additional extended area surcharges by local carriers.

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage

However, please note that DIFFUL is not legally responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged due to carrier actions or inactions.

Please note thatdamage to the outer packaging does not necessarily indicate damage to the item inside.Due to the heavy nature of pump products and the uncertainties of long-distance international and local transit, we cannot guarantee the aesthetic integrity of the outer cardboard box. We strongly advise you to file a claim with the carrier immediately upon arrival if you notice any significant damage to the outer package.
